3. Fulfillment Policy

Education Services (Maven.com Courses and Workshops)
  • Delivery: Self-paced course content will be available on the enrolment start date.
  • Live courses and workshops will be accessible as per the scheduled start date. Links and access details will be sent at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Completion: Course materials, live sessions, and community discussions will be available on the Maven platform.
  • Some materials may have limited access post-course completion, as defined on the course details page.

4. Refund Policy

Education Services (Maven Courses and Workshops) Refunds Are Per Maven's Satisfaction Guarantee


Maven’s Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with your learning experience within the first 2 days of the course, you may request a full refund.
• Refunds requested beyond the 2-day satisfaction guarantee window will not be granted,  as our courses are designed to provide immediate and actionable value starting from Day 1.

Refund Conditions

• Refunds apply only to participants who engage with the course but find that the material does not meet their expectations.  
• No refunds will be issued for participants who fail to attend live sessions, access the course platform, or engage with the content.

Process:
• To request a refund, email [Your Support Email] within 2 days of the course start date. Include your reason for dissatisfaction and any specific feedback to help us improve.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.


Exclusions

Refunds are not applicable for self-paced courses or workshops where significant portions of content (more than 10%) have been accessed.
• One-time events or workshops are non-refundable unless cancellation is requested at least 72 hours prior to the event.
